information securely. We keep the information so that you do not need
to re-register when
you come back to the site. This information is also stored on back-up
tapes to avoid loss of data. We do not use this information to trace
your identity and do not pass it directly on to any third party or government
department.

a) Comments and questions
If you send an email or letter to the administrator, asking for information,
we may need to contact other departments to find that information. If your
question is technical, we may need to pass it to our technology suppliers.
We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry,
unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you,
we keep a record of your message(s) for reference purposes.
b) Forums
Any comments you add to Forums can be viewed by all users and are stored securely
by Fasthosts.co.uk. Your registered username will appear next to your comments.
We will not publish comments which break our forum and site rules.
Fasthosts.co.uk stores comments in the same way as "Registration information",
as detailed above.
3 Site usage information
We use log files which allow us to record visitors' use of the site. We analyse
log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make changes to
the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that
visitors move around it.
Log files may contain elements of personal information, such as IP address
and they may be used to identify any individual patterns of use of the site.
